What delivery options do I have?

Delivery on YESE STUDIO is free, discount products exclusive.

  • All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the European Union. Please note that your refund will exclude return shipping costs

    Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.

IMPORTANT

We ship under the terms of DAP (Delivered At Place). Customers are responsible for the payment of import duties and clearance taxes once the shipment has arrived at the destination country. Refusal to pay the imposed tax/duty OR if the product is returned due to absence of recipient, will result in a return shipping fee that will be deducted from the original payment and refund, along with any duties and taxes incurred.

At the moment we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation.

*All private sample sale products can not be returned.

* For package returns outside the EU, the refund you receive needs to be subtracted from the following categories:
-International shipping fee from Italy to your destination
-Italian import customs fees when sent from your destination to Italy
-You need to mail it to us by local shipping method, and the order needs a trackable courier number

-The employee discount is only available for YESE STUDIO STAFF & FAMILY, and orders using this discount code cannot participate in the return and exchange service.

-All orders, returns or exchanges using a discount code will be subject to a one-way shipping fee.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Online shopping outside the country of residence

If you would like to order something while you are abroad, change the shipping country to match your current location and provide a local delivery address.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to YESE STUDIO

How to return:

1. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the bag you are returning and include this in the package.
2. Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid label included in your parcel.
3. Return the parcel through your preferred return option (choose below). Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

5.We do not accept return out of EU. If the order is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred in the items’ return. Accordingly, any incurred cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.


Return with courier pick-up:
Arrange for a courier to pick up your parcel by email: customer@yesestudio.com.
Please note that you can either print the return label from the portal, or the courier will provide a label on collection.

When will I receive my refund?

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.
